Creating Emotions

 

I strongly believe the first impression is often the only impression we get, and this goes for homes just as much as for people.  Since homes are the most expensive assets most of us will ever own, I take great pride in making sure each home I list makes a memorable and lasting first impression.  I do this by incorporating my photography skills into my real estate business.  I take all of my own photographs, utilizing a variety of lighting units and modifiers, high-end camera equipment, and years of experience.  I hope you enjoy a few examples of my past work.

Reputation for Excellence

Although photography is very important in my business, it is not all that I do.  Real estate transactions have become more complex over the years with frequent introductions of new laws and regulations.  Understanding and implementing these changes in order to protect my client’s best interests have been of paramount importance and the hard work has paid off.  Over the years I developed a reputation for attention to detail, tireless advocacy of my clients’ interests, and comprehensive market and home assessments.  Through my client’s feedback I was awarded the Five Star Professional Award as seen in the Cincinnati Magazine every year since its inception in 2011.  My understanding is that in 2018 only 250 of these awards have been handed out in the Cincinnati marketplace…
