Free Homebuyer Seminars

Educating my clients has always been a number one priority in my real estate practice. A few years back I met a loan officer who had the same philosophy, and the Homebuyer Seminar idea was born.

Since the inception of the Free Homebuyer Seminars we have committed ourselves to do more than just sit and talk to people. We help them clean up their credit report, improve their credit scores, plan for the home purchase months in advance, and most of all, do what is in the best interest of the people we serve.

Today, our seminars are held in a small, private setting with up to six attendees. This allows you to ask as many questions as you would like. We encourage participation, and we customize each seminar to meet your needs.

Our goal is to empower you with information that will be helpful to you.

Our seminars generally last up to 2 hours, and at the seminar you will receive a Homebuyer Resource Book filled with pertinent information that will help you step by step through the home buying process. We will also provide you with a free credit check and loan pre-approval. In order to protect your privacy, the credit check and the loan pre-approval will be done in a separate portion of the office, in a one-on-one setting with the loan officer.
